The NELLA is a medical device. Federal law requires that the NELLA be sold only to or on the order of a licensed Healthcare Professional and used only by or on the order of such a Healthcare Professional. The NELLA should be used only after reading all use instructions.

For product warranty information, visit ceekwomenshealth.com/warranty. Notify CEEK immediately to report any product defects. Serious incidents that occur with use of the NELLA or any other CEEK product should be reported to CEEK and to the competent authority of the clinic’s Member State.

Purchases

By purchasing any CEEK Product or Service, you accept the conditions of that sale including, without limitation, that the limitation that NELLA may only be shipped to and used by a Healthcare Professional, as explained above.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your credit card or other approved method of payment will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy, and your order is shipped.

Your Account

To purchase CEEK Products, you may set up your own account, and you may be required to be logged in to your account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may contact you so you can provide another valid payment method, or we may cancel the order.
