Nellaspec.com – returns and refunds
For All Customers Who Buy the Nella Comfort Kit, we’ve got you.
- Worried your clinician will not accept the Nella Comfort Kit? Email or Call our customer service team before your appointment and our team will contact your clinician directly and explain the kit, the speculum and how it works. It’s that easy.
- If they do not accept it at your exam, we offer a full rebate, contact customer service for a refund at customerservice@nellaspec.com
Except for any products designated on the website as non-returnable, we will accept a return of products for a refund of the customer’s purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided that (i) such return is received within 30 days of delivery; (ii) such products are unused and returned in their original condition; and (iii) customer pays a 20% restocking fee. (iv) customer’s clinician refuses to use product.
To return products, the customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from our customer service team by sending an email to info@ceekwomenshealth.com or calling 1-855-2335. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. Customer bears the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore recommend that the customer fully insure return shipment against loss or damage and that the customer use a carrier that can provide proof of delivery.
Refunds are processed within approximately five business days of our receipt of customer merchandise. Customer’s refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the website.
